We invite you to take part in the X International “HEAVY CASPIAN” conference, which will take part on March 27-28, 2024 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, InterContinental Almaty.
The conference is devoted to oversized and heavy cargo transportation in the South Caucasus, Caspian Sea and the countries of Central Asia region.
Last year conference was attended by more than 200 delegates from Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Germany. This year we are going to expand the list and geography of participants.
Among the 2023 conference topics:
— Oversized cargo delivery to Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan experience, transport routes comparison;
— Georgia and Kazakhstan port’s possibilities to receive project cargo;
— Trans-Caspian corridor operation for project cargo;
— Air and sea transportation, railway capabilities in project cargo transportation.
We invite you to take part in the discussion of the noted topics and will also be glad to hear your opinion on the formation of the program.
Second day of the forum, March 28, will be completely devoted to delegates’ informal communication. We will visit the Charyn Canyon – one of the most spectacular natural attractions of Kazakhstan and the whole Central Asia. Among the Kazakh steppe, very close to the Chinese border, the Charyn River has cut through a canyon for millions of years, in no way inferior in beauty to its counterpart – the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Walking along the riverbed, you will see giant castles, bizarre buildings and figures created by nature. The way from Almaty is not close (about two hours away), but everything is compensated by the incredible beauty of this place. It is worth noting that Charyn is the only canyon on the Eurasian continent. Lunch with Uighur cuisine is planned on the way.
